Men's Tennis Gains Commitment from Hull

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN -- Logan Hull, a senior from Rockdale County High School (Conyers, Ga.), has committed to attend Covenant College and play tennis for the Scots and head coach John Hirte starting in the fall of 2016.

Hull will graduate later this month from Rockdale County, where he was a four-year varsity singles starter on the tennis team. He just wrapped up his senior year of high school tennis with a perfect 16-0 record at No. 1 singles.

"The campus is incredible and the people and the atmosphere are awesome," Hull said about what led him to choose Covenant. "I'm looking forward to having a great college experience, making lifelong friendships, bettering my tennis game and, most importantly, growing closer to God."

"I am thrilled that Logan will be joining our program at Covenant next fall," Hirte said. "He is an accomplished player who plays with a true joy and love for the game. He also has a great work-ethic, and conducts himself with honesty and integrity on and off the court. I believe he'll fit well with our guys and the team culture we are continuing to build, and I look forward to seeing him continue to grow as a young man and a tennis player during his time at Covenant."

Hull plans to major in Business with a Finance concentration in addition to a minor in either Biblical Studies or Philosophy and Religion during his time at Covenant.
