Men's Golf Wraps Up Fall Season at Chick-fil-A Collegiate

ROME, Ga. -- The Covenant men's golf team wrapped up its fall 2014 season on Tuesday at the Chick-fil-A Collegiate Invitational hosted by Berry College and played at Coosa Country Club. The Scots finished 20th after shooting 664 (323-341) for the tournament.

Coastal Georgia held off Dalton State by one shot to take home the team title. Allen Bradford of Coastal Georgia earned the top spot with a two-day score of 139 (73-66).

Nick Blauw led the Scots with a second round 81 to finish with a 155 and a tie for 51st individually. Scott McKnight (167, 78-89) and Alan Craig (171, 87-84) followed for Covenant. Ian Johnson (175, 88-87) and Jeron Pasma (177, 84-93) rounded out the five Covenant golfers.

The men will be back in action in the spring. That schedule should be finalized shortly and posted on the website.
