BY THE NUMBERS:

231: Number of career strikeouts for baseball senior pitcher Garrett Kriston, which breaks the program record. Kriston tallied 10 more strikeouts in Covenant's 10-8 win at Huntingdon on Saturday to break the record previously set by Demarius Johnson. The 10 punch outs also gives Kriston 77 on the year, which ties the single-season program mark. Entering last week, Kriston led all of Division III in total strikeouts on the year.

19: Regional ranking for the women's tennis team. The Lady Scots continue to roll through the year and stand at 12-4 overall and 9-1 in the USA South after two more wins last week. Covenant earned a No. 19 region ranking by the ITA last week, the first ranking in the program's NCAA era.

21: Also getting regionally ranked was men's tennis sophomore Matthew Harvie. Harvie was 21st in singles play in last week's ITA region poll. Harvie is 11-3 in singles this year.
