Covenant Loses 1-0 to Asbury on the Road


Wilmore, KY-  The Lady Scots of Covenant College suffered yet another tough loss on Saturday, coming out on the wrong side of a 1-0 contest against Asbury College.  Rebecca Batey put the home side up in the 50th minute after scoring off a well-placed through-ball, and goalkeeper Melanie Dickson made three saves to keep the scales tilted in Asbury's favor for the entirety of the game.  Despite outshooting Asbury 10-7, Covenant was unable to pick up any sort of result as they dropped to 6-7-2 on the season.  Becky Galage and Kasey Craft led the team with two shots each, and senior

Lady Scots Fall Victim to Martin Methodist


Pulaski, TN-  The Covenant College Lady Scots soccer team suffered their third loss in four games on Wednesday, falling to number six ranked Martin Methodist in a contest where they were outshot 14-1 and saw several players battle the injury bug.  Most notably among these was sophomore Traci Bone, who had to leave the game early because of a head injury sustained in the run of play.  Martin Methodist's Shannon Walter and Nicole O'Donnell combined for three first half goals, and second half strikes from O'Donnell, Mor Efraim, and Camilla Hovden put the finishing touches on a 6-0 victory for
