Esther is one of six freshmen running for the Lady Scots this season.

Her parents are Claude and Diane Anderson. She has eight siblings, in order from oldest to youngest: Sharon, Rachel, Will, Joel, (then Esther), Melody, Abigail, Rebekah, and John. One of her favorite Bible passages is Psalm 13, which includes, "But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing the Lord’s praise, for he has been good to me" (vv. 5-6).

Esther is an Elementary Education major. After graduation she would like teach young children and eventually go on to be a pathologist.
