Kendall comes to Covenant this year as one of five freshman representing the Lady Scots softball team this season. Prior to Covenant, Kendall played softball for Atlantic Coast High School where she served as team captain (Jr., Sr.) and was awarded the Sportsmanship Award in her senior season. She also played for the travel teams, the Bishop Verot Vikings and the Atlantic Coast Stingrays.
Her parents are Roy and Kellie Whann. She has two younger brothers, Hunter and Kyle. When she is not playig softball, Kendall enjoys hanging out with ther friends, quoting movies, and dancing. One of her favorite Bible verses is Isaiah 40:31 which says, "but those who hope in the Lordwill renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
Kendall is majoring in Elementary Education. After graduating from Covenant, she plans to become a teacher.
