8:30-9:00 am- Check in
9:00-9:10 am- Introductions
9:10-9:30 am- Warm- ups
9:30-9:50 am- Station 1 (Hitting)
9:50-10:10 am- Station 2 (Base Running, Sliding, Bunting)
10:10-10:30 am- Station 3 (Fielding)
10:30-10:50 am- Station 4 (Throwing, Relays, Conditioning)
10:50-11:00 am- Break
11:00 am- 12:00 pm- Game
12:00 pm- Closing instructions and pick up

Work with current Covenant College coaching staff and players
Learn the basic fundamentals of hitting, fielding, base running, bunting, throwing, and sliding.
